David S. Wenger



David Wenger, a senior associate, focuses his practice on the litigation and arbitration of complex maritime and international commercial disputes. David has significant experience handling litigation matters in courts across the United States, including first-chair federal court trial experience and appeals before several U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal. David has also represented domestic and foreign companies and governments in numerous international arbitration proceedings administered under the ICC, AAA/ICDR, SMA, LCIA, LRSA, and ICSID rules, and in ad hoc arbitration proceedings. David has particular experience formulating and implementing strategies for clients involved in high-stakes parallel proceedings in multiple forums. He has also worked on several landmark arbitration-related litigation matters.

Prior to joining the firm in 2015, David practiced litigation and international arbitration at a global law firm for 8 years. David has also interned for Honorable Harold Baer, Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
