Michael Vanunu


Michael Vanunu concentrates his practice on all aspects of civil litigation involving construction and labor law. Michael also has experience in civil litigation matters involving general liability, property damage, intentional torts, medical malpractice, and defending against administrative proceedings brought by the State of New York.

Prior to joining Nicoletti Hornig & Sweeney, Michael was an associate at the firm Callan, Koster, Brady and Nagler LLP where he focused on defending general liability and medical malpractice matters.

Michael started his career as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens County District Attorney's Office under Hon. Richard A. Brown where he prosecuted and tried violent and non-violent crimes.

Michael coaches students and teaches trial advocacy at St. John’s Law School Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute.
