 Only a few years ago, the aviation field was a highly regulated and rule driven. More recently regulation has been relaxed and in some areas completely eliminated and the field subjected more to competitive forces. In the post regulation era, indirect air carriers and freight forwarders proliferated and knowingly or unwittingly assumed liabilities without adequate financial security.  Airlines and direct air carriers scrambled to keep up with the changes and we advised clients how to protect from those not having adequate financial stability.

The firm has been involved in litigation involving air crashes, damage sustained to aircraft and cargo and personal injuries during flights and at airports.
