William M. Fennell

William Fennell focuses his practice on multi-faceted maritime and insurance disputes. William has represented boat dealers in contract disputes, boat owners in product design and manufacture claims, insurers under cargo, hull, pollution, and protection and indemnity policies, and salvors in WreckFixed negotiations and disputes. He has litigated cases in both federal and state courts, and in marine forums (such as the Society of Maritime Arbitrators) and inter-insurer forums (such as Arbitration Forums, Inc.).

William has also represented clients in non-maritime matters, including the defense of high-exposure employment discrimination, products liability, and construction claims.

Before joining the firm, William clerked for the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
