Jermaine O. Fray is a litigation associate at Nicoletti Hornig & Sweeney. Jermaine focuses his practice on construction litigation, labor law, insurance coverage, and general litigation matters.
Before joining the firm, Jermaine was an associate at a boutique Manhattan law firm and represented insurance carriers, a private equity firm, corporations, and other business entities in commercial and insurance coverage litigation, including general liability, director and officer liability, breach of contract, unfair business practices, and misappropriation.
While in law school, Jermaine was a Dean's Scholar Recipient, a LCLD Scholar at Hogan Lovells, a Research Assistant, and served on the founding Board of Governors of the Student Bar Association. In addition, Jermaine gained valuable experience as a legal intern at the New York Attorney General's Office and as a legal extern at the Alachua Conservation Trust, the Gainesville City Attorney's Office, and New York State Homes and Community Renewal.
