Carole Rouffet focuses her practice on maritime and transportation laws, including insurance disputes and coverage issues, cargo damage claims and defense, marine casualties and contract and charter party breaches.  She advises on statutory liability and regulatory compliance for freight forwarders, brokers, inland and ocean carriers.  She also represents international and domestic clients in a variety of commercial disputes involving the international sale of goods in both federal and state courts and arbitration.

Prior to joining the firm in 2013, Carole was a clerk for Judge Jean-Claude Antonetti at the United Nations International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands.
