Our attorneys specialize in maritime and transit-related losses to all forms of cargo including the damage, loss, and shortage of ocean shipments, including containerized cargo, reefer containers, steel and bulk cargo. Our familiarity with maritime and ocean marine losses including the applicable domestic and international law and treaties which govern these matters, enable us maximize recovery potential for our clients. In addition to ocean marine losses our firm frequently handles inland marine and air transit losses, frequently litigating against truckers, air carriers, and freight forwarders worldwide.
